Shipping:
It Is always my goal to have your products to you as quickly as possible. Orders will be processed within 7-12 business days after placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping can take up to 7 days to arrive once the order is processed.
Backorders are shipped as soon as they are available.
RETURNS:
Due to the nature of the products, all sales are final. However, we offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects on all motorized products. This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect.
Please note that clients are responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims. Approved returns will be eligible for an exchange of the same Item. If the original Item Is no longer available, a similar replacement of equal value will be provided.
