Shipping policy

Shipping:

• All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Holidays or Natural Disasters may delay orders.
• Orders will be processed within 7-12 business days after placement, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Shipping can take up to 7 days to arrive once the order is processed.
  
  

For In-Person Party Shipping & Handling: 

• Each guest at an in-person party will be charged a shipping and handling fee as per policy.
• Shipping fees are prepaid to stock items for customer convenience.
• There is no additional charge for shipping out-of-stock items separately.
• For items unavailable at a party that require shipping, please allow 7-12 business days after the party for order processing.
• Shipping can take up to 7 days to arrive once processed.
