Return Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our product line our products are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and employees.

Product Warranty

We offer a one-year warranty on products for any manufacturing defects or motor issues that may impact the product's functionality. This one-year warranty is valid from the date of the original purchase.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid. Product will be exchanged for same or similar item if it is no longer available.
