Recognizing the profound impact of integrated healing, I expanded my skill set to include complementary modalities. I am a certified sound healer and trained in the healing properties of cacao, weaving these practices together to provide a nurturing, holistic experience.

For the past five years, I have been leading women’s retreats centered around self-care, trauma healing, and stress relief. These retreats are sacred spaces where women can reconnect with themselves and learn practical, sustainable ways to prioritize self-care long after the retreat ends. My approach is grounded in empathy and empowerment, inspiring those I work with to embrace their healing journey, find peace, and connect with a deeper sense of self.
